Benefits:
Mayhelp regulate blood-sugar levels. Some evidence suggests ACV (mainly studied inliquid form) can slow digestion, leading to smaller “spikes” in blood glucoseafter meals.
Maysupport weight-management (modestly). ACV might increase feelings of fullnessafter meals, which could reduce calorie intake — potentially helping withgradual weight loss.
Mayimprove lipid profile / support heart health. Some small studies (and animalresearch) suggest ACV could help lower “bad” cholesterol (LDL) andtriglycerides, and possibly raise “good” cholesterol (HDL).
